Historical Log Home Restoration

We restored this log home for the Crow Wing County Historical Society at the Crow Wing County Fairgrounds. This log home was originally built in 1868 and was discovered to be constructed with logs in the early 1960's and was later moved to the fairgrounds. This was an extensive restoration project that required replacing some of the logs but luckily quite a few of the original logs were able to be reused.
