Log Home Addition

This half log home is located just west of the Minneapolis, MN metro area and was built in the late 1990's. After considering moving out of state the homeowners decided they wanted to stay in their log home and expand it a bit. The patio was torn up, the basement foundation was expanded and the covered porch was removed and the greatroom was expanded. The 8" half log was peeled and we were able to match the size and peel of the existing log on the house.
